As a student of the Mind, Body + Spirit theory and a Yoga Instructor with over 19 years of experience, Rhona “lights up” guiding and instructing others to live their best life. She has added Pilates and Pfilates to her expertise as well as becoming a highly accomplished National Bender Ball Master Trainer. Rhona enjoys a successful fitness career leading dynamic personal and group fitness classes, as well as instructor-training workshops based on her core belief of creating equilibrium in one’s life which she has incorporated into a core curriculum: “The Art of BALANCE”. She lives her truth by balancing her dedication to her career and clients, and her devotion to her family.
