I have been teaching yoga for 15 years and have a background in dance, therefore I enjoy a more flowing type of practice. My certification is from Yogawest in Kundalini Yoga and from YYoga. I have done yoga workshops in many different styles of yoga and have learned from various teachers. I have taught classes to all levels within the lower mainland and presently teach at Steve Nash Sports Club. I am very passionate about my practice and love to share. I believe that if we all practiced yoga not only would we be strong, healthy and happy we would all live in peace and harmony with each other.
